Abstrak :
This paper explains basic concepts of technology cluster in developing Small-Medium Entrcprises (SMEs). The role of technology in achieving firm’s competitive advantage Is firstly discussed. Problems in accessing technology for SMEs are also briefly described. A mode! of technology cluster for SMEs that consist of three dimensions (level, approach, sub-system) is then outlined and specifically developed by sub-system.
