Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Ketahanmalangan Guru, Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Ketahanmalangan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey, dengan pendekatan analisis jalur. Populasi berjumlah 81 guru, dengan teknik pengampilan sampel random sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 62 guru. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dengan model Skala Likert. Keterandalan instrumen dihitung dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Data dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) terhadap Ketahanmalangan Guru (X3) dengan persamaan regresi Y3 = 9,871 + 0,916 X1 Koefisien diterminasi sebesar 0,5913 (34,96%) dan koefisien korelasi (r13) sebesar 0,767 pada taraf a = 0,05;2) terdapat pengaruh positif Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Ketahanmalangan guru (X3) dengan persamaan regresi Y3 = 6,36 + 0,915 X2 koefisien diterminasi sebesar 0,7534 (56,76%) dan koefisien korelasi (r23) sebesar 0,853 pada taraf a=0,05;3) terdapat pengaruh gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja (X2) dengan persamaan regresi Y2=3,630 + 0,915 X1 koefisien diterminasi sebesar 0,3624 (13,13%) dan koefisien korelasi (r12) sebesar 0,602 pada taraf a=0,05. secara garis besar, gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai dampak terhadap motivasi kerja dan ketahanmalangan guru.

Abstrak

The Objective of the research is to study the relationships of Strategic Planning Competence. Adversity Quotient, and Lecture Empowerment with work productivity of the Head of Study Program in Private University. The research was conducted at the private university with a sample 0f 60, selected randomly. The research concludes that there is a positive correlation between: (1) Strategic Planning Competence and Work Productivity; (2) Adversity Quotient and Work Productivity; (3) Lecturer Empowerment and Work Productivity. Furthermore, there is positive correlation between (4) Strategic Planning Competence, Adversity Quotient and Lecturer Empowerment with work productivity. Based on the results, Work Productivity could be enhanced by improving strategic planning competence, adversity quotient, and Lecturer Empowerment

With the existence of textbooks, students are led to practice or try out the theories that have been learned from the book. The teacher’s role is very important and strategic for all educational function. In order to prepare the child towards a democratic life, in which, among others, is characterized by the values of life which is egalitarian, the teacher’s role is very important as agenst of gender socialization. The lower the education level, the more important this role, because at that time the construction value of the child is still malleable (influenced). Guru and educational software in school is still characterized by traditional gender values. As a result, the creation of a learning experience also tends to reinforce traditional gender values which had previously socialized to children. Textbooks gender orientes character is a book designed for use in class and carefully arranged in the form of learning tools that contain personality. behavior, character, temper and character are actualized through a series of attitudes (attitudes), behavioral (behaviors), motivation (motivations), and skills (skill) in a cultural concept that seeks to make a distinction (distinction) in term of roles, behavior, mentality, and emotional characteristics between men and women is growing in society

Abstract

The Development of language skill for early childhood aims for children to communicate verbally with the surrounding environment. The expected environment is the environment around the child, including friends, playmates, adult, either at school, at home, or with neighbors around the house. Early childhood language skill obtained and studied child naturally to adjust to the environment so that children are able to socialize, interact and respond to others. In developing the child’s ability to talk, the teacher/instuctor can choose strategics and methods vary. Activities that can be done in developing language skills are activities that stimulate the ability of listening, speaking and writing, Storytelling is one of the methods that are widely used by teachers and should be interesting as well as to invite the attention of children and also can not be separated from the purpose of early childhiid education
