The study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Indonesia (SBI) certificates composite stock price index (JCI), and exchange rate partially and simultaneously on the Performance of 10 mutual funds of Dana Investment Management company. The study adopted quantitative approach by using causal survey method. Secondary data were collected from data published by Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Danareksa Investment Management company (Investment Manager) during the period of 2012 – 2014. Path analysis technique was employed to analyse the data. The research findings have shown that: SBI has a direct significant effect on JCI, SBI has a direct significant effect on exchange rate, JCI has a direct significant effect on Rupiah exchange rate. JCI and exchange rate do not have a direct effect on mutual fund performance, whereas SBI has a direct effect on mutual fund performance. SBI, JCI and exchange rate simultaneously affect directly on the performance of the fund. Mutual funds, stocks mixture, money market and fixed income are still stimulating and have potential to gain return as well as they have somewhat good performance. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pelatihan Red Glove Service Culture dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei kausal, dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi terjangkau berjumlah 134 orang. Sampel sebanyak 101. Data dihimpun melalui angket berskala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif program pelatihan Red Glove Service Culture terhadap motivasi kerja; 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif program pelatihan Red Glove Service Culture terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung negatif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi, peningkatan program pelatihan Red Glove Service Culture dan motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

This research aimed to investigate and analyze whether product quality, place, service quality, and promotion influence customers’ decision to choose Taplus Bisnis service of BNI KCP Kelapa Dua Depok either partially or simultaneously. The data were obtained through bank customer survey. Of 261 customers, using Slovin’s formula, 100 respondents who have become the bank customer for at least one year were selected. Linear regression method with four independent variables was used in this research. It was found that the coefficient of determination was 0.573 which means that the percentage of independent variables (product quality, place, service quality, and promotion) influence on dependent variable (purchase decision) was 57.3%. Another 42.7% was influenced by other variables which are not determined in this research. The results showed that the independent variables had siginificant positive impact on the bank customers’ purchase decision either partially or simultaneously. Regarding the research location, BNI, purchase decision in this term refers to the decision of the bank customers to choose Taplus Bisnis.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on teacher performance regarding work motivation as an intervening variable. The method applied is quantitative method. The data were collected through observation, interview, documentation, book review, and questionnaire.
The data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. The population was 173 participants, all teachers of YPPPI. Of 121 selected participants, 30 participants were chosen using random proportional sampling for the test instrument. Likert-scale model was used to analyze all variables which are teacher performance, leadership, organizational culture, work discipline, and work motivation. The formula of product moment was used to calculate the test validity, while Cronbach’s Alpha was used for reliability. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied for data analysis; correlation, simple regression, and path analysis were used for hypothesis test.
The results of the research showed structural Model-1: Y = ρyx1 X1 + ρyx2 X2 + ρyx3 X3 + ρy Ɛ1, correlation coefficient r12=0,485, r23=0,401, r13=0,657, and path coefficient pyx1=0,801, pyx2=0,797, pyx3 = 0,241, pyx1 = R-squared =0,423, with structural regression Model-1 : Y = 0,801 X1 + 0,797 X2 + 0,241X3 + 0,281 Ɛ1. Moreover, the results show structural Model-2 : Z = ρzx1 X1 + ρzx3 X3 + ρzy Y + ρz Ɛ2, correlation coefficient r13 = 0,657, and path coefficient pzx1= 0,253, pzx3=0,1991, pzy=0,730, R-squared 0,483 and 0,89 for α = 0,05, with structural regression Model-2: Z = 0,416 X1 + 0,175 X3 + 2933 Y + 0,476Ɛ2.
The findings showed that the quality of teacher performance increase through the improvement of leadership, organizational culture, work discipline and work motivation.
